Mr. Atul Agarwal is the Ex-Director of New Rainbow Public School. On 10th June 2017, he met with an accident in Germany and passed away. School and Management is committed to follow the direction which he has showed and fulfill his vision of building the best career of his students. He holds an Engineering Degree from Bangalore and has worked with various Fortune 500 companies before diving deep into the education world.

In his 8 years of corporate experience, he has worked with top IT giants like Oracle Corporation, Adobe Systems and Wipro Technologies.
Mr. Agarwal left a high cushion USA offer and took over the charge of N.R.P.S. in 2008 and since then brought revolutionary changes in the organization.

Under his competent and visionary leadership, N.R.P.S. achieved the feat of getting affiliated with C.B.S.E board upto secondary level in 2010-11 and then upto senior secondary level in 2012-13. Apart from these achievements, Mr. Agarwal has achieved various feats like:

• Introduction of completely new state of the art Science laboratories (Physics, Chemistry and Biology separate) and IT laboratories in the school.
• Introduction of smart classes – ‘Extramarks’ into school curriculum after extensive research.
• Implementation of online marks, attendance and performance system – Schoolpad.
• Embedding Online assessment in School.
• Human Resources Development, Career development plan, Teachers appraisal and Teachers reward programs.
• IT training programs for all teachers and supporting staff under his guidance.
• Policy Management, devising SOPs, Infrastructure management and Financial management.
• Creating cloud based IT infrastructure for school operations.
• Marketing Management, Organization Development, Curriculum development and Educational research.

Driven by the vision of building, nurturing and managing an institution which provides quality education affordable for masses; Mr. Agarwal has worked on myriad of areas in a short span of time and converted ideas into reality which are definitely not limited to the list mentioned above.
